    • Experiencing severe substance intoxication or withdrawal symptoms

    • Having violent thoughts or urges with intent to act

    • Experiencing uncontrollable aggressive behavior or violent outbursts

    • Unable to safely manage a child's severe behavioral crisis or aggression

    • Witnessing a child with acute psychosis or disorientation

    • Dealing with a severe medication reaction

    • Observing a sudden and concerning change in behavior requiring rapid evaluation
